Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled any time before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- To cancel an order, email us immediately at contact@hasafarm.com with your order ID.
Eligible Refunds
- Refunds are issued only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
- Refund requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
Replacements
- Damaged or defective products are eligible for exchange or replacement.
- Replacement orders are dispatched within 7–10 working days of approval.
- We may request photographic proof of the damage before processing a replacement.
How to Raise a Refund Request
To initiate a refund or replacement, email us at contact@hasafarm.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged/defective product. Our team will respond within 2 working days.
