Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled any time before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To cancel an order, email us immediately at contact@hasafarm.com with your order ID.

Eligible Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
  • Refund requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Replacements

  • Damaged or defective products are eligible for exchange or replacement.
  • Replacement orders are dispatched within 7–10 working days of approval.
  • We may request photographic proof of the damage before processing a replacement.
