Delivery Timelines

• Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of placement (on working days).
• Standard delivery across India takes 5–10 working days from dispatch.
• Remote or hilly areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Order Tracking

• Tracking details (courier name + tracking number) are shared via email and SMS after dispatch.
• You can use the tracking number on the courier partner's website to check live status.
• If you have not received tracking details within 48 hours, please contact us.

Packaging

• All seeds are packed in moisture-proof, sealed packets to preserve freshness and viability.
• Orders are packed securely in tamper-proof packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Courier Delays

• Hasafarm is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.
• If your order is delayed beyond 15 days, please contact us and we will assist in tracking or re-shipping.

Incorrect Address

• Please double-check your delivery address before placing an order.
• Re-delivery fees will apply if a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
• Address changes after dispatch are not guaranteed and depend on the courier partner.
